Quakers in London News Sheet 2

This News Sheet is a digest both for general use and for members and regular attenders who do not follow business closely or use electronic communication. It is emailed around circulation lists, printed for notice boards and taken to or posted to less active or distant friends. The next issue will be mid December and will contain advance information about the JLAM on 11th January.

Our next Area Meeting for Business is on Saturday 22nd November blended at 1.30 pm, followed by a bonfire in the Burial Ground, weather permitting.

Documents in Advance will be posted in that section under Area Meeting Information and distributed through clerks and contacts.  An Online button will be at the foot of this page on the day, in the calendar entry.

Although Quakers in Romford have only been in the current Meeting House for six decades, member Ian Hutchings researched and wrote this 13 page article of their history from 1684.
